Incanto Homes is an initiative by Prinitalia. These terms and conditions govern your use of this website and any enquiries, quotations, or orders placed through Incanto Homes. They prevail over any other terms unless expressly agreed in writing.

Prinitalia reserves the right to change and amend these terms and conditions. You are responsible for reading them. You may be unable to proceed with an enquiry or confirmed order until you have read and agreed to these terms.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Prinitalia and Incanto Homes harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of the site and/or your breach of these terms.

All products and prices are subject to availability. Quotations are provided on enquiry. Unless otherwise stated, prices are in Euro ex works and may change without notice. Local partners may quote prices in local currency, including customs and transport where applicable.

Prinitalia has a policy of continuous product development and reserves the right to amend product specifications. Depending on manufacturer policies, products supplied may match catalogue specifications or differ from those on display or advertised. Unless previously agreed, products supplied will be of equivalent value, functionality and appearance.

Full payment is due prior to shipping unless otherwise agreed in your quotation.

Prinitalia warrants its products against defects in manufacturing and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase, provided the product was used under normal conditions and for the purposes for which it was designed. Warranty does not include wear and tear.

In case of damage or defect due to manufacturing, we will replace the item at no charge once Prinitalia receives digital images of manufacturing damages and the claim is accepted. The warranty is to the initial purchaser and is valid while they own the merchandise. Prinitalia will place the claim with the manufacturer; transport costs for replacement are extra and payable by the client.

No other warranty, including warranty of merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose, is made by Prinitalia, whether expressed or implied. Prinitalia will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from any product defect.

Once you have notified Prinitalia of a problem with goods, we will replace or repair damaged or defective goods upon delivery, or refund the amount paid for the goods in question. Prinitalia will not be liable for loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from any problem in relation to the goods.

Prinitalia’s return policy may differ from those of its retail partners or franchise partners.

If you receive a damaged shipment, you may exchange it for an equal piece at no additional charge. All shipping damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. We will make every effort to replace the damaged piece in a timely manner; transport cost may apply. Digital images of damage are required before replacement shipments are processed.

When you receive furniture items, they are usually packed in cartons. We advise you to check the condition of packing before confirming receipt in good condition.

If you receive an incorrect item, contact Prinitalia immediately. The correct item will be shipped in a timely manner and arrangements will be made for return of the incorrect piece. If you have signed for an order incorrectly, Prinitalia is not responsible for incorrect shipment and will not supply a free replacement.

If an item is missing due to the carrier or transporter, Prinitalia is not responsible. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.

If you cancel a shipment while en route, you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs.

Prinitalia reserves the right to decide whether to accept any request regarding damaged or incorrect items. Overseas transport and handling involve many factors; free replacements may not be available for all types of problems. In some countries the local franchise partner handles these services.

Unless otherwise noted, all content on this site — including text, images, product photography and layouts — is copyright, trademark, trade dress and/or other intellectual property owned, controlled or licensed by Prinitalia or the furniture manufacturers represented on this platform.

The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Prinitalia and is protected by applicable laws. Access to this site does not confer any licence under Prinitalia’s or any third party’s intellectual property rights.

Incanto Homes names, logos and related product and service names, design marks and slogans are trademarks or service marks of Prinitalia and, where indicated, of the respective manufacturers. No trademark or service mark licence is granted in connection with materials on this site.

Comments, suggestions, ideas, materials and other submissions sent through the site, email, telephone or otherwise (“user submissions”) are provided on a non-confidential basis. By submitting user submissions, you grant us an irrevocable and unrestricted licence to use them for any purpose, including reproduction, publication, modification, transmission, display, distribution or derivative works.

You agree that no user submission will violate any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy or other personal or proprietary rights. You further agree that no part of any user submission will be libelous, unlawful, abusive, offensive or obscene. You remain solely responsible for your submissions.

Incanto Homes reserves the right to monitor, modify or delete any user submission at our sole discretion. You agree not to use the site to post or transmit offensive, harmful, unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, abusive, hateful, inflammatory, pornographic or profane material, or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be a criminal offence or give rise to civil liability.

Prinitalia incorporates natural and synthetic materials into its products. Finishes are indicated in product documentation. Natural finishes may result in random variation in colour and pattern within acceptable limits — an integral part of the furniture’s appearance. Finishes may change with age and exposure to light.

Prinitalia shall have no liability for any delay or failure to deliver goods you have ordered, or for any damage or defect to goods delivered, caused by any event or circumstance beyond reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or other natural disaster or accident.

If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable, the enforceability of any other part will not be affected.
